Thanks for getting in touch. You legends!

So, how’s it work from here?

A group of people dressed in formal attire, including tuxedos and dresses, standing outdoors on a sunny day; one man in the center is wearing sunglasses, a tuxedo, holding a drink, and making a playful face.

Easy really. I’m big on getting to know my couples for a few reasons. You guys have to be sure that I am the right photographer for you and to do that, let’s chat! Have a Zoom, you can tell me all about yourselves, your big day, ask questions of me and generally have a laugh so on the big day, you know you are happy and comfortable to have me around!

So we don’t need to talk money….we all know that can get awkward..

A bride and groom at a wedding reception sit at a small round table, smiling and clinking beer bottles. The bride is wearing a white beaded dress and holding a flower bouquet, while the groom is dressed in a light gray suit with a pink tie. Behind them is a blackboard with the words 'Our heated & sheltered Courtyard' written on it.

My most popular package by far is my full day, unlimited hours coverage simply because I cover everything, stay as long as I need to, be there for every moment from morning to dancefloor and beyond. But I am flexible on what I offer, so if this is either not your thing, out of budget, not what is needed etc, then we can chat about that on the Zoom!

HOURLY COVERAGE FROM £250 per hour

half day coverage £1200

unlimited hours* coverage £2000

*within reason of course lol!

So you want to go ahead and book after our chinwag. Brilliant news! So, I will send you an email with a “portal” link, which is just for you. In there will be an invoice for the deposit and a contract to be signed. And for now, that’s all you need to do. Send it all back and you’re good to go. Simple, right?

You have decided you like me! Awesome!

A bride in a white strapless dress and a groom in a black tuxedo celebrate outdoors with friends, one woman drinks beer from a glass, and others smile and watch in the background during daytime.
A woman in a wedding dress drinking from a bottle, with two other women in the background in a room filled with bookshelves.

Before the big day…..

You don’t need to do anything!

Leading up to the big day, I am always on hand at the end of an email, phone, zoom, whatever. I will help, advise, inform as much as you need to me to. It’s not my first rodeo anymore haha! So I have a wealth of contacts, experience, thoughts and best practices for you to pick my brains about, so go for it if you feel the need.

Then let’s check in…

A newlywed couple in wedding attire enjoying a ride in a decorated tuk-tuk, with greenery and flowers, in Thailand during a wedding celebration.

This is an important bit

I will send you a questionnaire before the wedding to get the last bits of info I need from you…..addresses, emergency numbers, supplier list, timings of the day and so on. All essential if you want me to be as discreet and on the job as possible! Also, I will send a spreadsheet to get your cogs whirring on the combos of group/formal shots you may or may not want. It’s more of a suggestion sheet. Fill both of these things out, send them back to me, then we should be good to go. In the meantime, if need anything else, another Zoom to catch up, as some final questions….you know where I am!

This is it! The big day!!!

A group of five women in colorful robes celebrating before a wedding, with a wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses hanging behind them.

On the day, if you are having a full day, I arrive 2-2.5 hours before the ceremony, maybe longer, maybe shorter, depending on schedule and location. It’s more than enough to see the champagne being downed, the happy faces and the chaos of morning prep! Then, for the most part, I will be just flitting around, chatting, mingling and doing my thing and not interfering with your day. Until….I need to haha!

I will need to bits of time of your day….one for the group shots, if you are having them and the other will be for your couple shots. When these are will be determined by the timings of your day, when in the year (for light) and so on. I will work it out on the day and let you know as long as you’re happy for me at the right time to grab you both and say “blimey, fab sunset, let’s go” or something like that! If there is a chance for a “hero” shot as well, then….maybe later haha!

And then, when I think I have everything I need, I will come and say my goodbyes and I will leave you to the rest of your day! But don’t worry, that’s not straight after first dance (if you’re having one). If it’s still going off on the dancefloor, then I am taking photos!

A diverse group of people seated indoors, likely at a formal event or ceremony. The image features mainly adults, with some children, sitting and attentively watching something. The setting has wooden walls and flooring with scattered flower petals on the floor.

what am I like?

A photo ninja!

Well, that’s the plan anyway! My aim is to make everyone as comfortable and as happy as possible without being the focus of your day. I interact, I hopefully make people laugh, I hide in plain sight to get all the photos of you and your guests letting their hair down and having a great time. It’s not my day, it’s yours. And when it comes to the couples shots, I never try and turn it into some awkward photo shoot….I want you guys to be you. We will get away from everyone and just have a wander and when I see the shot, I will let you know in very simple terms where and how to stand and then we will have a laugh and get some great photos! Simple, easy, relatively quick….job done! Then go back to the party!

what happens after?

A man and woman dressed in formal wedding attire walking outdoors in a grassy area during sunset, holding hands and smiling at each other.

Well, I will send you a link to a preview gallery a 1-2 days afterwards of a selected number of images to keep the excitement going. Then, I will get to editing the rest in the queue and get them no later than 8 weeks after the wedding, but it’s usually a couple of weeks quicker. You will get another link with a full gallery and a slideshow on it and you can do with these what you want…share, post, save, whatever. They are your photos! I will then send you out a presentation box with a USB with all the photos and slideshow on it as per the gallery link so you can keep it under the bed and not use it like they used to do in the old days haha!

Then that’s it!

Silhouettes of a dancing couple holding hands during sunset, with trees in the background.

You’re done! You go off into the sunset with your photos to enjoy the rest of your lives as a married couple, the future bright and I go back to marketing and editing haha!

Which does bring me to the begging part…..if you like what I did for you, if you think I did a good job, please do recommend me to others, write a review on Google….it all helps me pay the bills, put fuel in the car, buy records

You know what I mean…..

It would be hugely appreciated for you to do that for me. It really does help. That’s the begging bit over. Thanks!
